Order Processing Times
All items in our store require 3–7 business days for processing.
Please note: Processing time is not the same as shipping time.
When Will I Receive My Order?
We ship orders directly from our network of domestic and international warehouses. Our team works diligently to ensure that your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.
Domestic Orders (USA)
- Flat Rate Shipping: $3.99
- Free Shipping: Orders over $50
- Handling Time: 3–7 business days
Shipping Time: 5–7 business days
International Orders
- Flat Rate Shipping: $9.99
- Delivery times vary depending on destination.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Shipping fees remain the same regardless of the number of items in your order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
Stick and Slay is committed to delivering your items promptly and safely.
- If we make an error in the shipping address, contact us immediately so we can correct it.
- If you entered an incorrect address, we will happily re-ship your package only after it is returned to us by USPS as “Undeliverable.”
Unfortunately, if the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund or replacement for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
Sometimes USPS updates tracking information prematurely.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:
- Allow 48 hours for the package to possibly arrive.
- Check your mailbox, neighbors, or your local post office.
In most cases, packages arrive within one business day after the “Delivered” update.
If the package is not received and is not returned to Stick and Slay, we are unable to provide a refund. However, we can reship your order.
Since every situation is different, our management team will review and handle each case at their discretion.
