At Stick and Slay, we understand that spontaneous purchases do not always go as planned. Whether it is the wrong size, a defective item, or an accidental selection, our Return & Exchange Policy ensures a smooth and straightforward process.
Returns & Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Products
Conditions for Approval
Stick and Slay accepts return or exchange requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging
- Contain all accessories and parts
- Show no signs of wear caused by improper use
We will issue a replacement or refund if:
- You received an incorrect item
- Your order arrived damaged
- The product is defective
- Part of your order is missing
How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request
Step 1 – Photograph the product
Place the item in its original packaging and take a clear photo.
Step 2 – Email your request
Send an email to stickandslay.store@gmail.com
Subject line: “Request Exchange / Returns for Order ### (Your Order Number)”
Include:
- A brief description of the issue
- The photo of the product and packaging
Step 3 – Approval
We will notify you via email whether your request is approved or rejected. Detailed return instructions will also be provided.
Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Step 4 – Processing time
Allow 2-3 business days for us to receive and process your return.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Return Shipping Fees
Free return shipping applies when:
- You received a defective product
- You received the wrong item
- The order arrived damaged
Upon approval, you will receive a prepaid USPS return label via email.
Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest USPS location.
Customer-paid return shipping applies when:
- The return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, wrong size selected, buyer error)
- The shipping cost depends on the courier chosen by the customer
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after seven days:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank as processing times may vary
If you still do not see the refund, contact us at stickandslay.store@gmail.com.
Order Cancellations / Buyer Remorse
You may cancel your order within 12 hours for a full refund.
If more than 12 hours have passed, the order may have already entered processing. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and then return it.
Fees for cancellations after order processing:
- A $10 restocking fee applies
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
